Key Responsibilities:

Cold Calling:

Make a high volume of cold calls to potential buyers, sellers, or renters to generate leads for the real estate sales team.

Engage prospects, build rapport, and introduce real estate services, with the goal of identifying their needs and generating interest.

Overcome objections and educate potential clients on real estate opportunities, while promoting the benefits of the services offered.

Inbound Sales Calls:

Answer inbound calls from potential clients who are interested in buying, selling, or renting properties.

Qualify inbound leads by understanding their needs, preferences, and urgency, then providing them with relevant property options or solutions.

Offer professional advice, answer questions, and provide necessary information to guide clients through the initial stages of the real estate process.

Lead Generation and Follow-up:

Proactively identify new leads through online platforms, databases, and social media, and keep track of new opportunities.

Regularly follow up with leads, nurturing relationships and providing them with updates, property information, and relevant offers.

Build and maintain a pipeline of potential buyers, sellers, and investors.

Qualifying Leads:

Qualify prospects by gathering information on their requirements, budget, location preferences, and timing to ensure they are a good fit for current real estate offerings.

Assess the readiness of leads to make a purchase or sale decision, and prioritize those who are closer to taking action.

Setting Appointments:

Schedule property viewings, consultations, or meetings with real estate agents for qualified leads.

Coordinate between clients and agents to ensure seamless appointments and smooth transitions from initial contact to property viewing or closing.

Customer Relationship Management (CRM):

Use CRM tools to track all interactions with leads, record information, and manage follow-ups effectively.

Input and maintain detailed records of client information, property preferences, and lead status in the CRM system.

Regularly update and review CRM data to ensure leads are being followed up with in a timely manner.

Market Research and Product Knowledge:

Stay up-to-date with current real estate market trends, property values, new listings, and competitive offerings.

Understand the company’s property portfolio and effectively communicate key features and selling points of various properties.

Identify potential markets for outreach based on customer needs and market conditions.

Sales Reporting and Targets:

Track and report on daily, weekly, and monthly sales activity, including the number of calls made, appointments set, and sales closed.

Work closely with the sales manager to set personal sales goals and achieve targeted performance metrics.

Provide feedback on lead quality, trends, and performance to help refine lead generation strategies.

Customer Service:

Provide exceptional customer service by responding to client inquiries, offering helpful advice, and managing expectations throughout the sales process.
