Job Description
The ideal candidate will have experience in all stages of the sales cycle. They should be confident with building new client relationship and maintaining existing ones. They should have evidence of strong skills and possess good negotiation skills.
- Sell the products using various customer sales methods (Foot on street, cold calling, presentations etc.)
- Forecast sales, develop “out of the box” sales strategies/models and evaluate their effectiveness
- Evaluate customers skills, needs and build long-lasting relationships
- Meet personal and team sales targets
- Attend meetings, sales events, and trainings.
- Maintain and expand client database.
- Enter the activity details in the Customer Relationship Management (CRM) or report to the team.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree 0-3+ years in sales industry
- Experience in full sales cycle including deal closing Demonstrated sales success
- Strong negotiation skills
- Strong communication and presentation skills
- Field sales involved
- CRM experience and POS / IT Software Selling candidates is preferred
- Location: Chennai
Languages: English, Tamil, Hindi (Optional)
Work Location: Nungambakkam, Chennai
Salary: 240000LPA to 300000 LPA
