Colive is Hiring – UG/PG Freshers (Sales & Marketing / Property Managers)
Colive, a leading co-living and PG brand in Bengaluru, is looking for energetic UG / PG freshers who want to build a career in Sales, Marketing & Property Management.
Role: Sales & Marketing Executive / Property Manager (Fresher)
Location: Colive Properties & Offices – Bengaluru
Education: Any UG / PG (BBA, BCom, BHM, MBA, Hospitality, Marketing and related streams preferred)
Key Responsibilities:
Handle walk‑ins, calls and leads for Colive properties and convert them to bookings.
Conduct property visits, explain offerings, and support move‑ins/move‑outs.
Support local marketing activities, campaigns and online listings for properties.
Maintain good relationships with residents and ensure a smooth stay experience.
Requirements:
Freshers with strong communication skills and customer‑handling mindset.
Interest in sales/field work/property management; two‑wheeler is an added advantage.
Immediate joiners preferred.
