The role involves engaging with potential customers who have shown interest by visiting our website or downloading our app. You will be responsible for understanding their requirements, sharing menus, and sending quotations to close sales.

Call and connect with leads generated through the website and app.
Understand customer requirements and event details.
Share appropriate menus based on the customer’s needs.
Prepare and send quotations in a timely manner.
Follow up with customers to convert leads into confirmed orders.
Maintain a record of calls, quotations, and customer interactions.
Coordinate with the operations team for smooth service delivery.
