Objectives of the Role
To identify and engage potential clients and convert prospects into customers.

Key Responsibilities
1. Lead Generation & Prospecting
Conduct cold calls, follow-up calls, and email outreach to generate new sales opportunities.
Qualify leads based on predetermined criteria to ensure they align with target customer profiles.
Maintain an active pipeline of prospects and update CRM systems regularly.
2. Customer Engagement & Relationship Building
Develop rapport with potential and existing clients through professional communication.
Understand client needs and tailor product/service presentations accordingly.
Nurture ongoing relationships to foster repeat business and referrals.
3. Product/Service Promotion
Present and demonstrate products/services effectively via calls or virtual meetings.
Clearly articulate value propositions and address customer queries.
Keep up-to-date with product features, benefits, and competitive advantages.
4. Sales Negotiation & Closing
Negotiate terms, pricing, and contractual details with clients.
Overcome objections and resolve concerns to facilitate deal closure.
Prepare and send sales proposals and quotes.
5. Documentation & Reporting
Record all interactions, activities, and outcomes accurately in CRM or sales tracking tools.
Prepare regular sales reports, forecasts, and activity summaries.
Track progress against sales targets and develop strategies for improvement.
6. Coordination & Collaboration
Collaborate with marketing teams to align campaigns and outreach strategies.
Work closely with the sales support team to ensure smooth onboarding and delivery.
Provide feedback on customer needs and market trends to inform company offerings.
7. Customer Support & After-Sales Service
Follow up post-sale to ensure customer satisfaction.
Address any issues or concerns that arise after purchase.
Upsell or cross-sell additional products/services where appropriate.
