We are looking for a highly motivated and results-driven Inside Sales Executive to join our team and help us expand our business in the Microsoft Cloud solutions space, including Azure and Office 365. This role will focus on cold calling potential clients, generating leads, and building relationships with businesses to drive sales and revenue growth.
Key Responsibilities:
Cold Calling & Lead Generation: Proactively reach out to potential clients in the SMB/Enterprise segments across India through cold calling, emails, and other outreach methods.
Product Pitching: Drive sales of Microsoft Cloud offerings (Azure, Office 365) by presenting their value proposition and identifying client needs.
Opportunity Identification: Understand and identify IT needs within prospect organizations, proposing customized cloud solutions to address business challenges.
Sales Lifecycle Management: Manage the entire sales process, from the first cold call to final closure.
Cross-Selling & Upselling: Identify opportunities for cross-selling and upselling Microsoft Cloud products and other IT solutions.
Customer Relationship Building: Cultivate long-term relationships with prospects and clients to maintain trust and ensure satisfaction with the products and services provided.
Regional Outreach: Focus on building business within PAN India, generating leads and revenue growth in your assigned region.
Prerequisites: Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication in English, Hindi, and Marathi.
Cold Calling Experience: Proven experience in cold calling and generating leads, preferably in B2B sales.
Cloud Sales Knowledge: Familiarity with selling Microsoft Cloud products, including Azure and Office 365.
Relationship Building: Excellent skills in establishing trust and rapport with potential clients. Sales Experience: At least 2 years of experience in IT sales or business development.
Regional Focus: Prior experience or knowledge of Western India is a plus.
Education: A Bachelor’s degree is required.
