Job Description
Job Summary:
We are looking for a proactive and results-driven Inside Sales Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating high-quality leads, initiating contact with potential clients, and fixing appointments for our field sales team. This role requires excellent communication skills, strong online research abilities, and a clear understanding of our product offering to effectively engage decision-makers such as C level executives, IT heads, and admins.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead Generation:
- Research and source contact details (email IDs and phone numbers) of C-level executives, IT heads, decision-makers, and admin heads using online tools, directories, and platforms like LinkedIn.
- Build and maintain a strong and accurate database of potential clients.
Cold Calling & Outreach:
- Make outbound calls and respond to inbound inquiries with the objective of generating interest in the product.
- Engage leads through compelling conversations that generate curiosity.
Product Understanding & Pitching:
- Develop a deep understanding of the company's product offerings.
- Confidently deliver product overviews and value propositions over the phone that spark interest and curiosity.
- Qualify leads and gauge interest levels to drive further engagement.
Appointment Setting:
- Schedule meetings or demos for the Field Sales team with interested prospects.
- Ensure seamless handover of leads to the field sales team.
CRM Management:
- Maintain detailed records of all interactions, follow-ups, and lead statuses in the CRM system. o Ensure timely and accurate updates for all outbound and inbound communication activities.
Call Handling:
- Make outbound calls to cold and warm leads to generate interest and gather information. Answer inbound sales inquiries and convert them into qualified leads. Follow-ups &
Nurturing:
- Follow up with leads via phone and email to nurture them through the sales funnel.
Reporting:
- Provide daily/weekly reports on call outcomes, appointment numbers, and lead progress.
