Job Description

Key Objective of the Role

The Inside Sales Executive will be responsible for outbound customer engagement, lead generation, and promotion of financial products. This role is suited for candidates with experience in loans, credit cards, or insurance sales who are looking for long-term growth in a performance-driven environment.


Key Responsibilities (Major Deliverables)

  • Lead generation through cold calling and outbound customer engagement
  • Contact potential customers to promote loans, credit cards, and insurance products
  • Understand customer requirements and deliver structured sales pitches
  • Respond to customer queries and resolve concerns related to products and services
  • Maintain accurate customer records, feedback, and follow-up details
  • Provide clear product explanations and ensure high-quality customer experience
  • Achieve assigned monthly and quarterly sales targets
  • Work independently and collaboratively within a team
  • Adhere to quality standards, compliance requirements, and internal processes

Role Specifications

Educational Qualification:

  • Minimum: 12th Pass (Any Stream)
  • Graduation preferred

Experience:

  • Minimum 1 year of sales experience in Loans / Credit Cards / Insurance
  • Outbound sales experience is mandatory

Industry Preference:

  • DSA, Bank, NBFC, Fintech

Skills & Competencies:

  • Strong communication skills in English & Hindi
  • Regional language will be an added advantage
  • Working knowledge of MS Office
  • Good convincing, negotiation, and interpersonal skills

Salary & Role-wise Details

  • Experience Required: Minimum 1 Year
  • Salary: Up to 3.2 LPA
