Job Description

Designation- Inside Sales Executive

Preferably Educational criteria:

Qualification- MBA ,BBA and PGDM or Candidates who are interested in Inside sales 

Position- 10

Work location - Ahmedabad only

Monday to Saturday working

Work timings :10am to 7pm

Salary

Probation period - Initial 6 months  - open upto 22k take home  + upto 20k Incentives on performance

Post Probation -  upto 40k take home + upto 30k Incentives on performance
'Gentle note - there is no bar in salary for a well deserving candidate' 
in addition to annually Retention bonus fixed 50k

Key Responsibilities: Inside Sales Executive

●        Manage, nurture and convert inbound leads into sales opportunities

●       Identify strong potential prospects using initiative and creativity, to generate outbound lead opportunities;

●       Assess and analyze prospect’s current process and requirements;

●       Provide engaging and articulate information about Fingertips’ value proposition to potential customers.

●       Maintain well organized, up-to-date and accurate sales information and activity reports in Salesforce CRM system.

●       Demonstrates ability to interact professionally with potential customers via phone, email, telephone conferencing, webinars and face to face, to discover their business needs and develop a positive business relationship;

●       Work closely within a small sales & marketing team and develop cooperative working relationships with all company colleagues;

●       Provide accurate and timely information as required to project managers, the delivery team and senior management;

●       Conscientious, hard-working and driven to improve sales and activity performance beyond targets.

●       Must be highly proficient in all aspects of English language, especially speaking.

●       Knowledge of MS office.


Interview Procedure : Online via google meet

 Round 1 - Group discussion 
 Round 2 - PI with HR Manager 
 Round 3 - PI with CEO 1  
 Round 4 - PI with CEO 2

Once a candidate is finally selected with us, for further process they have to visit the company office. 

Gentle note we are only looking towards those candidates who have vision and business Mindset and more importantly can get an opportunity to become Team leads within 2 to 3 years of span if performance at optimum level.

It's a long term opportunity, Hence will have an Agreement for 1.5 years.
