Job Summary
We are looking for a motivated and persuasive Inside Sales Executive to join our financial services sales team. This role is focused on generating leads, understanding client financial needs, and converting inquiries into successful sales via phone calls, emails, and online platforms. The ideal candidate should be customer-centric, target-driven, and have a genuine interest in helping clients with financial solutions such as loans, investments, insurance, credit cards, or wealth management products.
As part of the inside sales team, you will work from the office or remotely, without direct field visits, and will be responsible for building strong client relationships, explaining financial products clearly, and achieving sales targets.
Key Responsibilities
1. Lead Generation & Conversion

Call potential clients from existing databases, digital campaigns, referrals, and cold leads.

Understand customer needs related to personal finance, loans, investments, or insurance.

Provide accurate and detailed information about the company’s financial products and services.

Explain eligibility, benefits, interest rates, terms, and documentation requirements.

Convert qualified leads into sales through follow-ups, objection handling, and personalized communication.
2. Customer Relationship Management

Build trust and rapport with clients to encourage long-term engagement.

Maintain a high level of professionalism and product knowledge during all interactions.

Follow up consistently with prospective customers via phone calls, SMS, WhatsApp, or email.

Record customer interactions and feedback for future reference.
3. Sales Target Achievement

Meet daily, weekly, and monthly call volumes, lead conversions, and revenue targets.

Manage a sales pipeline and ensure timely follow-up and closure of leads.

Work with sales managers to strategize approaches for high-potential clients.

Promote cross-selling and upselling of related financial products based on customer profiles.
4. Data Entry & CRM Management

Accurately log customer details, call outcomes, and lead status into the CRM or sales software.

Maintain updated records of all sales activities and ensure smooth documentation flow.

Work closely with the operations team to assist customers during the onboarding or application process.
5. Collaboration & Reporting
-
Participate in daily huddles, sales meetings, and training sessions.

Share insights with the marketing team about customer needs and trends.

Provide regular reports on lead progress, customer feedback, and challenges to the sales manager.
