INSIDE SHOWROOM MOBILE SALES
THIRUVANMIYUR ADAYARPALAVAKKAM THORAIPAKKM KELAMBAKKAM SHOLINGANALLAUR 
This job is owned by oppo mobiles you will be work on different types of showrooms like poorvika Chennai mobiles

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Customer Engagement and Product Demonstration:

    • Greet customers promptly and professionally as they enter the showroom.

    • Engage with potential buyers to understand their needs and preferences related to mobile phones, tablets, and accessories.

    • Provide detailed product demonstrations, showcasing key features and benefits of different models across leading brands (e.g., Apple, Samsung, Xiaomi, OnePlus).

    • Stay informed on the latest product launches, technical specifications, and market trends to guide customers in making informed decisions.

  2. Sales Conversion:

    • Drive sales by actively recommending suitable products and cross-selling accessories such as cases, screen protectors, chargers, headphones, etc.

    • Convert inquiries into successful purchases while maximizing customer satisfaction and store profitability.

    • Guide customers through the billing process, warranty registration, and post-sale services.

    • Maintain accurate records of sales, returns, and customer preferences for future reference.

  3. Inventory and Display Management:

    • Ensure that all products on display are in perfect working condition and properly labeled with pricing and key features.

    • Assist in managing stock levels, replenishing showroom shelves, and coordinating with inventory teams for reorder requirements.

    • Monitor demo units for cleanliness and operability and report any defects or damage immediately.

  4. Customer Relationship and Retention:

    • Build rapport with customers to create a welcoming and trustworthy environment.

    • Follow up with customers post-purchase to ensure satisfaction and encourage repeat business or referrals.

    • Address any concerns, complaints, or product queries politely and escalate to the store manager when needed.

    • Assist with customer returns, exchanges, and warranty claims by coordinating with the after-sales support team.

  5. Target Achievement and Reporting:

    • Work toward achieving monthly and quarterly sales targets set by management.

    • Provide daily sales reports and customer feedback to supervisors for performance evaluation and strategy adjustments.

    • Participate in regular team meetings to discuss sales performance, share customer insights, and align with new promotions or policies.

  6. Promotions and Marketing Support:

    • Inform customers about ongoing offers, discounts, combo deals, and EMI options available on selected devices.

    • Support in-store promotional campaigns by arranging display setups and distributing flyers or promotional materials.

    • Stay updated with competitor pricing and product offerings to ensure a competitive edge in customer discussions.

  7. Team Collaboration:

    • Coordinate with billing, stockroom, and customer service departments to ensure a smooth purchasing process.

    • Assist colleagues during high footfall periods or special promotional events.

    • Participate in product training sessions organized by the store or mobile phone brands.
