Key Responsibilities
Identify and prospect potential clients through cold calling, email campaigns, and online platforms.
Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to prospects.
Manage the complete sales cycle — from lead qualification to closure.
Maintain accurate records in the CRM, tracking pipeline progress and client interactions.
Collaborate with marketing to convert inbound leads and execute outbound campaigns.
Follow up diligently on leads and nurture long-term client relationships.
Meet or exceed monthly sales targets and performance KPIs.
Required Skills & Qualifications
1–3 years of proven experience in B2B software sales, preferably in SaaS, ERP, or billing systems.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills – both verbal and written.
Fluent in English, Hindi, and at least one South Indian language (e.g., Kannada, Tamil, Telugu, Malayalam).
Experience using CRM platforms like Salesforce, HubSpot, or Zoho CRM.
Ability to quickly understand technical products and explain them clearly.
Results-driven, self-motivated, and organized.
Nice to Have
Exposure to SMB or mid-market sales.
Prior experience working in a fast-paced startup environment.
Understanding of the ERP or billing software landscape.
