Key Responsibilities:

Research and identify potential leads through various sources such as online databases, social media, referrals, and industry contacts.

Reach out to prospective customers via phone, email, or online chat to introduce the company’s products and services.

Qualify leads and determine their potential for becoming long-term customers.

Sales Presentations and Product Demonstrations:

Conduct virtual meetings and presentations to showcase the company’s products or services to potential clients.

Highlight key features and benefits of the products and explain how they address the prospect’s needs.

Provide product demonstrations or guide prospects through the company’s offerings, ensuring they understand the value proposition.

Customer Relationship Management:

Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients.

Provide exceptional customer service throughout the sales process, from initial contact to closing the deal.

Follow up with prospects to nurture relationships, answer questions, and provide additional information to move them closer to making a purchase.

Sales Target Achievement:

Work towards achieving or exceeding monthly and quarterly sales targets.

Keep track of personal sales metrics and report progress to management.

Secure commitments from prospects and close sales through online platforms, calls, or email.

Collaborate with the marketing team to ensure consistent messaging, and use marketing materials to support sales efforts.

Provide feedback to the product and marketing teams on customer needs, industry trends, and competitive landscape.
