KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
What you’ll do
IFAS Edutech Pvt. Ltd. is looking for Education counsellor to join our dynamic team and embark onarewarding career journey.
- Student Consultation: Engage with potentialstudentsto understand their learning needs, career aspirations, and academic challenges.
- Guidance & Advising: Provide expert advice on course offerings and learning programsthat alignwith students goals.
- Performance Targets: Achieve and exceed monthly and weekly student enrollment and revenuetargets.
- Lead Management: Proactively follow up on leads, nurture them through various communicationchannels (calls, emails, etc.), and convert them into successful enrollments.
- Relationship Building: Build and maintain relationships with students, providing continuoussupport throughout their learning journey.
- Up-selling & Cross-Selling: Identify opportunitiesto recommend advanced courses or additional learning materials based on student performance and interests.
- Reporting & Documentation: Maintain accurate records of counseling interactions and report performance metrics to management on a weekly basis.
- Market Feedback: Provide valuable feedback to the product and marketing teams on student needs, challenges, and preferences to help improve offerings
