KEOFIN Advisors is a financial advisory business in Bengaluru. We help people make better borrowing decisions, and we arrange home loans, balance transfers and personal loans as an authorised partner for State Bank of India, Union Bank of India, Kotak Mahindra Bank, L&T Finance, Bajaj Finserv and JM Financial.

What you will do

• Speak to people who enquire with us, understand what they are trying to do, and explain their options clearly
• Follow up on leads from our website, Meta ads and WhatsApp, and keep them moving through to the lender
• Help customers gather and submit documents, and track each file through to disbursal
• Plan and run campaigns on Meta and Instagram — write the copy, check the numbers, work out what is performing
• Keep our customer records accurate and up to date

What you will learn

• How banks and NBFCs actually assess a borrower: credit scores, eligibility, income and obligations
• How home loans, balance transfers and personal loans work, end to end
• How the Bengaluru home loan market moves, and what changes the rate a customer is offered
• Digital marketing in practice — audiences, creative, budgets, and reading the results honestly

What we are looking for

• Any graduate. No prior experience required.
• Comfortable speaking to people on the phone, in English and Kannada (Hindi is a plus)
• Clear writing, and the patience to explain something twice
• Willing to learn the financial detail rather than work around it
