Role Overview:
We are looking for energetic and customer-oriented Retail Sales Representatives to join our growing retail network. The ideal candidate will assist customers in selecting the right footwear, provide exceptional service, and help achieve store sales targets.
Key Responsibilities:
• Greet and assist customers in selecting appropriate footwear.
• Provide detailed product information and ensure a pleasant shopping experience.
• Maintain proper display, cleanliness, and stock organization.
• Achieve daily and monthly sales targets.
• Manage billing, exchanges, and returns efficiently.
Requirements:
• Minimum qualification: 10th or 12th (Any Graduation).
• 0–1 years of experience in retail sales (preferably footwear or apparel).
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Customer-focused and result-oriented.
Compensation & Benefits:
• Salary: ₹14,000 (Net Take Home) for Fresher’s
• Benefits: ESIC, PF, Medical Insurance, Gratuity
