Job Description
The Store Sales Executive is responsible for driving sales, delivering excellent customer service, and maintaining a well-organized, visually appealing store environment. The role focuses on understanding customer needs, product knowledge, and achieving sales.
Key Responsibilities
Greet customers warmly and understand their requirements to provide suitable product recommendations
Demonstrate strong product knowledge and explain product features, benefits, and pricing effectively
Handle billing and payment processes accurately
Maintain store cleanliness, display arrangements, and stock replenishment
Support promotional activities, sales campaigns, and new product launches
Prepare daily sales reports and update customer databases
Follow company policies, safety standards, and operational procedures
Skills & Requirements
Minimum qualification: Graduate - B.com / BBA / BCA
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Prior experience in retail sales/electrical/lighting industry is an advantage
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet targets
Basic computer knowledge (billing software, MS Office preferred)
