Inside Sales Executive
Location: Remote (Work from home).Employment Type: Full-time
Job Summary:
We are hiring result-oriented Inside Sales Executives to generate business opportunities through outbound calling and consultative selling. The role requires persistence, confidence, and the ability to close deals effectively.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Make outbound calls to potential customers and pitch products/services.
  • Follow up on leads generated via campaigns or marketing activities.
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships.
  • Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
  • Maintain records in CRM and provide regular reports.

Qualifications & Skills:
  • Graduate in any discipline (preferred).
  • 0–3 years of experience in inside sales/tele-sales/telemarketing.
  • Excellent communication and persuasive skills.
  • Ability to handle objections and convert leads into sales.
  • Goal-driven with a proven record of meeting targets.
