Job Description

This role would be part of the B2C sales function for our India Business Groups. He/she would drive the new customer acquisition, customer relationship management, Operations & reporting.

Job Role - Inside Sales Manager (Individual Contributor Role)

Note:   1. Work From Office

            2. Fluent in Hindi (written and verbal) and English (written and verbal),  possible other key languages for the region will be added advantage.


What should you do?

  • Maintaining long-lasting relationships with existing customers through exceptional after-sales service.
  • Actively sourcing new sales opportunities through cold-calling and emailing.
  • Developing in-depth knowledge of product features and benefits.
  • Utilizing virtual meetings to build relationships with new customers and for closures.
  • Processing customers' data, orders and liaising with the other departments to ensure the timely service delivery.
  • Advising partners / customers on suitable service/product selection based on their needs and specifications.
  • Creating a sales pipeline to accurately reflect the relative placement of sales prospects in the purchasing process.
  • Following up on sales inquiries that are made by potential customers through website chats, emails, and inbound calls.
  • Setting up online meetings with potential customers.
  • Conversion of leads received through various marketing channels
  • Preparing short-term and long-term sales plan towards reaching the assigned goals
  • Consistently achieve revenue targets in line with team/organizational objectives
  • Proactively identifying cross-selling/up-selling opportunities with the existing customers
  • Identifying references through the existing customer base to increase the sales pipeline
  • Customer Relationship Management
  • Understand the customer requirement and pass on the insights towards the product portfolio improvement based on the customer interaction / feedback
  • Key Account Management
  • New account development
  • Operations and Reporting
  • Managing pre-sales to post-sales support activities for the assigned products/geographies and ensuring the highest customer satisfaction.
  • Requirements:
