Hiring for 
PROCESS:  INSIDE SALES  { edtech }
EXPERIENCE: Fresher or Experience can apply 
6 days Working  Sunday Fixed off 
Process & Salary:
MAHE - Min 6 months edtech exp , No Hindi Req package upto 60k take home 
INTERVIEW ROUNDS : Ops Round , HRBP Round 
LANGUAGE: English + Hindi Mandatory 
LOCATION: MG ROAD

Key Responsibilities:

1. Lead Management & Follow-Up

  • Contact potential leads via phone, WhatsApp, email, or video calls.

  • Understand user needs, academic background, and learning goals through structured conversations.

  • Follow up diligently with interested prospects until closure.

  • Manage and track all leads and interactions in the CRM system.

2. Sales Pitching & Product Counseling

  • Clearly explain course features, formats, pricing, learning outcomes, and value proposition.

  • Provide accurate information about curriculum, certifications, class schedules, instructor qualifications, and career support.

  • Address concerns and objections confidently, offering tailored solutions to each user.

  • Upsell and cross-sell relevant courses or programs as per user interest.

3. Conversion & Revenue Generation

  • Achieve monthly targets for course enrollments and revenue.

  • Ensure high conversion rates by maintaining personalized engagement and timely follow-ups.

  • Work with urgency to convert hot leads, especially during promotional or limited-period campaigns.

4. Customer Experience & Retention

  • Maintain a professional and helpful tone with all prospects and customers.

  • Ensure a smooth post-enrollment process by coordinating with the onboarding or student support teams.

  • Contribute to long-term customer relationships by building trust and rapport during the sales cycle.

5. Team Collaboration & Reporting

  • Share feedback on lead quality, customer objections, and user needs with the marketing and product teams.

  • Participate in sales training, product updates, and team meetings regularly.

  • Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly reports on calls made, leads handled, and conversions.
