Job Description

Job Title: Inside Sales Executive

Location: Mumbai

Responsibilities:

·         Conduct high-volume prospecting for both MSME and large-scale organizations through methods such as cold calling and email outreach.

·         Understand and identify customer needs and requirements.

·         Schedule well-qualified meetings with key decision-makers within target organizations for the Sales team.

·         Build and maintain a healthy sales pipeline by identifying key prospects and generating interest.

·         Perform online and offline product demonstrations to prospects and guide calls towards successful closure.

·         Achieve on-call closure for small accounts over the phone.

·         Consistently exceed opportunity quotas to ensure a robust sales pipeline.

·         Develop a strong grasp of our offerings and effectively communicate their advantages to prospective customers.

·         Articulate product concepts clearly over the phone and address prospect objections.

·         Execute impactful online demonstrations for prospects.

Requirements:

·         Proven track record of successful sales within an enterprise context.

·         Strong interpersonal skills for effective customer engagement.

·         Technologically savvy with an in-depth understanding of the functional aspects.

·         Excellent presentation skills to effectively communicate product benefits.

·         Ability to explain complex technology concepts in a simple and comprehensible manner to prospects.

·         Capacity to perform under pressure and meet deadlines.

·         Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.

·         Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
