About the role: We are looking to hire an energetic, highly motivated individual with a can-do attitude to join our team as a Central Sales Executive. Qualifications:
- 1-3 years of proven sales experience with a track record of meeting targets.
- Lead generation through prospecting, referrals, and online research.
- Interest in Business Development (B2C/B2B) for software application products/solutions. Conduct meetings with prospective clients, deliver effective product demonstrations, and highlight key product features and benefits.
- Experience selling Hardware / IoT devices is a plus.
- Engage with apartment committee members, accounting service partners, and builders to understand business scope and expectations.
- Prospect, educate, qualify, and generate interest for sales opportunities and lead conversions.
