Job Title: Franchise Sales Executive – Tea Brand
Location: Bangalore

Job Summary
We are looking for an energetic and result-driven Franchise Sales Executive to promote and sell our Tea Franchise opportunities across Bangalore. The role involves identifying potential franchise partners, explaining business models, closing deals, and supporting on boarding.
Key Responsibilities
· Identify and generate leads for Tea Franchise opportunities in Bangalore
· Explain franchise business model, investment details, ROI, and support structure
· Conduct meetings, calls, and site visits with prospective franchise partners
· Handle inquiries from digital leads, walk-ins, and referrals
· Achieve monthly and quarterly franchise sales targets
· Coordinate with internal teams for documentation and franchise onboarding
· Maintain CRM records and follow up with prospects regularly
· Represent the brand at exhibitions, events, and promotional activities
Requirements & Skills
· Proven experience in franchise sales, real estate sales, or business development (preferred)
· Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
· Ability to convince and close high-value deals
· Knowledge of Bangalore localities and market trends
· Self-motivated, target-oriented, and customer-focused
· Willingness to travel within Bangalore
Qualifications
· Bachelor’s degree in any discipline (preferred, not mandatory)
· Experience in F&B or retail franchise sales is an added advantage
