Job Description
Position: Inside Sales Representative Location: Gurgaon (On-site role) Responsibilities: ➢ Generate leads through email, cold calls, social media, database marketing, etc. ➢ Connect with the CXO level and departmental heads to identify the need for Process9 services. ➢ Route qualified leads to the sales team for further development. ➢ Providing introductory-level product and service information on the company’s offerings. ➢ Able to answer any initial questions a potential customer may have. Skills Required: ➢ Excellent verbal, written communication skills, and interpersonal skills. ➢ Able to do cold calling, email campaigns, LinkedIn research, and maintain a database. ➢ Proficient in MS Word, MS Excel, and Gmail. ➢ Strong time management skills and highly passionate about Marketing and Sales. ➢ Must interact effectively with all levels of management and staff, internally and externally. ➢ General knowledge of the IT Software industry and SaaS Industry, with the capacity to learn and
retain knowledge about individual products and business solutions.
