Job Summary:
We are looking for a dynamic, confident, and result-oriented Inside Sales Executive to join our growing real estate team. The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication skills, a presentable demeanor, and a strong passion for sales. In this role, you will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new sales opportunities, nurturing client relationships, and supporting prospective buyers through the property purchase journey.
As an Inside Sales Executive, you will act as the first point of contact between the company and potential clients, providing a positive and informative experience that aligns with our brand. Your primary focus will be on lead generation, follow-ups, property presentations, and client engagement.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Lead Generation and Prospecting:

Identify potential clients through inbound inquiries, online leads, property portals, and social media campaigns.

Call and qualify prospective buyers and investors based on their requirements and financial capabilities.

Schedule property site visits and coordinate with the field sales or site team for seamless execution.
2. Client Communication and Relationship Building:

Engage with clients over phone, email, WhatsApp, and video calls to understand their property preferences.

Deliver clear, persuasive, and value-driven communication to showcase available property options.

Maintain regular follow-ups with leads and build rapport to convert prospects into confirmed sales.

Address client queries, provide detailed information, and assist them in decision-making.
3. Sales Coordination and Closure Support:

Assist in preparing and sending proposals, quotations, brochures, and other sales materials.

Follow up on discussions and drive clients towards booking and finalizing deals.

Coordinate with the documentation, legal, and finance teams to assist clients with their property purchase process.
4. Market Awareness and Property Knowledge:

Stay updated on current real estate trends, localities, and upcoming projects.

Maintain an in-depth understanding of the company's portfolio including pricing, features, floor plans, and amenities.

Gather competitive intelligence to understand the positioning of rival developers and offerings.
5. CRM and Reporting:

Record and track all interactions with clients using the company's CRM system.

Update lead status, sales activities, and follow-up notes regularly.

Generate reports on leads, conversions, site visits scheduled, and sales closures.
Skills and Attributes:
