Job Description
Key Responsibilities
1. Customer Communication (Bengali-Focused)
-
Make outbound calls and follow up on inquiries, leads, and referrals using company-provided databases or CRM tools.

Communicate fluently in Bengali, establishing trust and rapport with customers in their native language.

Understand customer pain points, preferences, and needs to recommend suitable products or services.
-
Handle inbound calls or queries from Bengali-speaking customers in a courteous and helpful manner.
2. Lead Generation & Conversion
-
Reach out to prospective leads through phone calls, WhatsApp, or email as per daily/monthly targets.
-
Qualify leads and convert them into paying customers through effective sales conversations.
-
Follow up with leads persistently and track status through CRM or lead management tools.

Meet or exceed sales targets and performance KPIs (calls per day, conversions, follow-ups, etc.).
3. Product Presentation
-
Clearly explain product or service features, benefits, pricing, offers, and terms to prospective customers.

Handle objections and clarify doubts, ensuring the customer fully understands the offering before closing.

Share brochures, demo links, price quotations, and other resources when needed.
4. Customer Relationship Management
-
Maintain customer records accurately in CRM or Excel sheets as per company process.

Follow up post-sale to ensure satisfaction and collect feedback.

Identify opportunities for cross-selling or repeat business.

Build long-term relationships with customers based on trust and support.
5. Reporting & Coordination
-
Update daily work progress in reports and dashboards (calls made, leads converted, follow-ups pending).

Collaborate with team members, marketing, or field sales to improve conversions.

Share customer insights with the sales and product teams for future improvements.
Required Skills and Qualifications

Fluency in Bengali (spoken) – mandatory for this role.

10+2 , diploma, ITI, vocational training.
-
Strong communication skills with the ability to speak persuasively and clearly.
-
Basic computer knowledge – MS Word, Excel, email handling.

Strong listening ability and understanding of customer psychology.

Willingness to work in a sales and target-driven environment.
