Job Description
Position Overview
We are looking for a motivated and dynamic Inside Sales Executive - Intern to join our growing team. This internship is designed for candidates who are passionate about sales, lead generation, client engagement, and business growth. The selected intern will gain hands-on experience in handling leads, engaging with potential clients, and supporting the sales team to achieve revenue targets.
This role provides comprehensive training and practical exposure to inside sales strategies, CRM tools, and client communication techniques to help interns build a strong foundation for a successful career in sales.
Key Responsibilities
1. Lead Generation & Prospecting

Identify potential leads using databases, social media platforms, and industry sources.

2. Client Communication

3. Sales Coordination

Update client details, lead status, and activity logs in the CRM system.

Schedule product demos, meetings, and follow-up calls with clients.

Work closely with the marketing team to align sales strategies with campaign initiatives.
4. Market Research & Analysis

Research market trends, customer preferences, and competitive offerings.

Analyze sales performance metrics and assist in generating sales reports.

Gather customer feedback to identify areas for process improvement.

Suggest new ideas to improve sales conversion rates.
5. Learning & Development

Gain exposure to inside sales methodologies and strategies.

Learn to handle objections, negotiations, and client concerns effectively.

Participate in regular sales training sessions and workshops conducted by the company.

Required Skills & Competencies
1. Technical Skills

Basic knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).

Familiarity with CRM tools and online lead generation techniques (training will be provided).

Comfortable using email marketing tools, Zoom, and Google Meet for client engagement.
2. Communication Skills

Excellent verbal and written communication in English.
