Position Overview:
We are looking for an Inside Sales Executive to drive lead generation, customer engagement, and sales conversions through phone calls, emails, and online communication. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, a persuasive approach, and a target-driven mindset.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Lead Generation & Customer Outreach:
- Identify and generate leads through cold calling, email campaigns, and online inquiries.
- Follow up with potential customers and nurture leads through the sales pipeline.
2. Sales & Relationship Management:
- Understand customer needs and offer suitable products or services.
- Present product/service features, benefits, and pricing effectively.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients.
3. Closing Sales & Achieving Targets:
- Convert leads into sales and meet/exceed monthly sales targets.
- Handle negotiations, objections, and closing deals over calls/emails.
4. CRM & Reporting:
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions in CRM software.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports for management review.
5. Coordination with Teams:
- Collaborate with marketing, customer support, and field sales teams to improve sales strategies.
- Provide feedback on customer trends and market insights.
