Job Summary: As an Inside Sales Executive, you will play a key role in generating leads, engaging with corporate clients, and converting prospects for our events and training programs. This is a client-facing, target-driven role offering growth opportunities within the organization.
Key Responsibilities:
Make outbound calls and send emails to potential clients (CXO-level, managers, etc.).
Pitch TraiCon’s conferences, B2B events, and training solutions.
Understand customer requirements and propose relevant offerings.
Schedule meetings/demos for the senior sales team.
Maintain accurate data in CRM.
Follow up consistently to close leads and meet monthly targets.
Collaborate with the marketing team on lead nurturing strategies.

Bachelor's degree in any field.
0–3 years of inside sales or telecalling experience.
Excellent spoken and written communication skills.
Strong interpersonal and persuasion skills.
Working knowledge of CRM tools, MS Office, and email platforms.
Fluency in English is a must; regional languages are a plus.
