Job Description
- Manage inbound sales queries and make outbound calls for missed sales queries, understand the customer's requirements, and guide them through the range of products available on our website.
- Reduce abandoned cart rate by reaching out to our customers who have added product to their carts but are yet to place an order; understand their challenges to guide them through the sale, manage pending verifications and ensure that the order is completed on the website.
- Follow up on previous interactions with customers on their purchase experience to identify customer grievances, build customer loyalty and drive repeat purchase
Core Skills:

Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Strong persuasion and negotiation abilities.

Good listening and interpersonal skills to understand customer needs.

Ability to work with targets and deadlines in a high-paced environment.
Technical Skills:

Proficiency in using CRM tools like Zoho CRM, Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar platforms.

Familiarity with email marketing tools, Excel, Google Sheets, and productivity tools.

Comfortable with video conferencing and virtual meeting platforms such as Zoom, Teams, or Google Meet.
