We are looking for an enthusiastic and goal-oriented Sales & Telecalling Executive to connect with
potential customers, promote our products/services, and drive sales through outbound and
inbound calls. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills and a positive,
customer-focused attitude.
Key Responsibilities
Make outbound calls to potential customers and follow up on leads
Handle inbound calls and respond to customer inquiries
Explain product/service features, benefits, and pricing clearly
Understand customer needs and recommend suitable solutions
Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets
Maintain accurate records of calls, leads, and conversions
Build and maintain strong customer relationships
Handle objections professionally and close sales effectively
Coordinate with the sales and support team when required
Required Skills & Qualifications
Excellent verbal communication skills (Hindi/English/regional language preferred)
Basic knowledge of sales techniques and customer handling
Ability to persuade and negotiate confidently
Comfortable working with targets and incentives
Basic computer knowledge (CRM, Excel, or call systems is a plus)
Positive attitude, self-motivated, and disciplined
Preferred Candidates
Freshers with strong communication skills are welcome
Prior experience in telecalling, sales, or customer support is an advantage
Ability to work independently and in a team
