Job Title: Sales Executive Job Type: Full-time Location: Remote Experience: 1 Years Week off- Wednesday Job Description We are looking for an enthusiastic and goal-oriented Sales & Telecalling Executive to connect with potential customers, promote our products/services, and drive sales through outbound and inbound calls. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills and a positive, customer-focused attitude. Key Responsibilities  Make outbound calls to potential customers and follow up on leads  Handle inbound calls and respond to customer inquiries  Explain product/service features, benefits, and pricing clearly  Understand customer needs and recommend suitable solutions  Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets  Maintain accurate records of calls, leads, and conversions  Build and maintain strong customer relationships  Handle objections professionally and close sales effectively  Coordinate with the sales and support team when required Required Skills & Qualifications  Excellent verbal communication skills (Hindi/English/regional language preferred)  Basic knowledge of sales techniques and customer handling  Ability to persuade and negotiate confidently  Comfortable working with targets and incentives  Basic computer knowledge (CRM, Excel, or call systems is a plus)  Positive attitude, self-motivated, and disciplined Preferred Candidates  Freshers with strong communication skills are welcome  Prior experience in telecalling, sales, or customer support is an advantage  Ability to work independently and in a team What We Offer  Fixed salary + attractive performance-based incentives  Training and skill development  Growth opportunities within the company  Friendly and supportive work environment
