Job Description

Inbound Sales and Invoice Processing
  • Qualify leads to support business growth
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers
  • Coordinate and manage the entire customer journey — from initial contact to booking requests and final invoicing
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth execution of client requirements
  • Maintain up-to-date records of all client interactions and transactions

Required Skills and Competencies

  • Excellent Communication: Strong verbal and written English (and regional language, if applicable).

  • Sales Skills: Convincing, negotiation, objection handling, and closing ability.

  • Product Knowledge: Ability to quickly learn product features and explain them effectively.

  • Technology Comfort: Experience with CRM tools (e.g., Zoho, Salesforce), calling software, and MS Office.

  • Time Management: Ability to prioritize leads and follow-ups for maximum productivity.

  • Team Collaboration: Coordinate with the marketing, support, and operations teams for smooth onboarding of clients.
