Job Title: Sales Executive Location: PuneJob Type: Full-time Reports To: Sales Manager / Business Development ManagerJob Summary:

We are looking for a passionate and driven Sales Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating leads, closing sales, and building strong customer relationships. You should be confident, persuasive, and committed to achieving targets.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Identify and pursue new sales opportunities through cold calling, networking, and inbound leads.

  • Conduct product presentations and demos to potential clients.

  • Understand customer needs and recommend suitable products or services.

  • Negotiate terms of sales agreements and close deals.

  • Maintain and grow relationships with existing customers.

  • Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.

  • Maintain accurate records of sales activities and customer interactions in the CRM.

  • Provide feedback to the marketing and product teams on customer trends and preferences.

  • Stay updated with product knowledge, industry trends, and competitor activities.

Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred but not mandatory).

  • Proven experience as a Sales Executive or in a similar sales/customer-facing role.

  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.

  • Ability to work independently and in a team.

  • Goal-oriented with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets.

  • Proficiency in CRM software and MS Office tools.

  • Excellent negotiation and closing skills.

  • Willingness to travel as needed.

Preferred Skills:
  • Experience in [Insert your industry, e.g., SaaS, FMCG, Real Estate, B2B sales, etc.]

  • Knowledge of digital marketing and lead generation tools.

  • Multilingual abilities are a plus.
