● Understanding the various projects to be able to provide clear explanations to the

clients and team members

● Cross-selling properties and closing sales on the call.

● Setting up processes and systems to effectively originate and service the leads

● Handling escalated customer queries, concerns, suggestions, feedback, etc. and

managing their expectations

● Preparing dashboards, updating all necessary systems, trackers and customer

history details for seamless management at all times
