- Willing to work on US shift time.
- Inside Sales Representative will work with direct sales team to plan, support and execute sales strategy for the direct accounts.
- He/she will work closely with the existing/new accounts in the region and work strategically towards identifying new opportunities in the existing and new account.
- Assertive & ability to present point of view very clearly
- Presentable Ability to build strong network.
- Ability to work in a multidimensional environment.
- Positive, cheerful & high energy.
- Strong process orientation & sales discipline.
- Preferably Graduate in Engineering with Experience in Marketing / Sales.
- Experience of 1 - 3 years in selling with at least 1 year of selling experience in Engineering software/services.
- Exceptional relationship building capability & track record.
- Can be hunter or farmer depending on specific nature of the job.
- Strong negotiation skills.
- Go getter & very strong interpersonal skills.
