Job Description
Duties:Create training opportunities in MS Dynamics Create a request for quotes in SURF Process intake of learning credit purchase request Interface with sellers and customers to validate correct account name, account number, billing contact information, discounts, amount of LC’s Interface with Training Sales Ops to ensure Order Form is completed/approved Sends approved Order Form to the customer for signature Requests Purchase Order from Customer Submits signed Order Form and Purchase Order in the system to close the deal Ensure opportunity closes Updates notes in OPTY in the system of status/next steps Responds via email from customers to questions about transactions What classes should I take? Directs customer to Learning Path for the customer to self-serve/determine classes to take. If the customer still has questions, given to the services seller to address How many Learning Credits do I have, how to use, and burn down – are instructed to open a case General inquiries, what is a learning credit, how do I purchase, how do I use a learning credit – Send template email to the customer with an explanationSkills:
Basic understanding of CRM tools (Dynamics, Salesforce, HubSpot, etc.)
Comfortable working with Excel/Sheets (filters, basic formulas, pivot tables a plus)
Ability to learn new internal systems quickly (SURF, Order Management tools)
Good documentation & templating skills
Clear written communication (customer emails, status updates)
Basic professional email etiquette
Confidence to talk to customers and internal teams to confirm details
Ability to explain learning paths and direct customers to the right resources
Education:
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Commerce, Management, Communication, or similar
Diploma or certification in Business Operations, Sales Operations, or CRM tools
Coursework in analytics, Excel, marketing, or operations is a plus
