Job Description
Inside Sales Executives
Ø Achieve growth and hit sales targets by successfully managing the sales and its functional teams.
Ø Responsible for managing the operations seamlessly and timely SLA delivery along with maintaining high levels of employee and customer satisfaction
Ø Implementing sales strategies
Ø Handling escalated customer complaints.
Ø Maintain sales and support team’s Report
Ø Maximize team performance through training, motivation, and incentive programs
Ø To ensure team members achieve agreed standards in relation to their job assignments.
Ø To monitor and document work schedule of staff and absences.
Ø One on One feedbacks should be practiced every 15 days to Team Leads
Ø Collaborate with internal teams
