SaaS Labs, Inc is a Noida-based software company where we build innovative B2B products for small & medium sized businesses around the world. Our products like JustCall, CallRoot & Viralwoot serve over 100,000 businesses in 40+ countries. We are looking for team members who become product expert & providing demos/consulting to our prospective customer and handle the complete sales pipeline from demo Scheduling to giving demo to account Setup.

Role & Responsibilities

• Give product demos and training to new customers
• Help new customers with on boarding and account setup
• Manage our inbound leads & follow up with those who haven't joined or scheduled a demo
• Proactively connect with customers to make sure they are not facing any problems with their accounts
• Spread awareness about our premium features among our existing customers
• Play vital role in account expansion and retention
• Great communication skills (verbal & written)
• Self-motivated & excited about life in general
