Job Description
Inside sales
- He/She will be responsible for selling credit cards at BANK and associate branches by meeting and interacting with all the customers.
- Training on credit card and its surrogates will be given at Sales units by the trainer during New Hire Orientation (NHO) for first 3 days
- Candidates should have basic knowledge on credit cards and its uses
- Experienced candidates are preferred
- Candidates are also free to do outsourcing if the business demands
- Selection will be based on the interview performance given by the candidate
- Minimum salary compensation will start as per state minimum wages +PF, Esic and PT
- BREs will have monthly target
- Incentives will be based on per card basis once the minimum slab is achieved
Work Schedule:
- Monday to Saturday(including non-working Saturdays)
- Qualification: PUC and Degree
- Candidate should know regional language and English/Hindi
