Job Summary:
We are looking for an experienced and motivated Inside Sales Lead to oversee our inside sales operations, lead a high-performing team, and drive revenue through inbound and outbound strategies. You will be responsible for building and managing a team of inside sales representatives, optimizing the sales pipeline, improving lead conversion rates, and aligning closely with the marketing and business development functions.
The ideal candidate is passionate about sales, data-driven, and a natural team leader who thrives in a fast-paced, target-oriented environment. This is a strategic and hands-on role for someone who wants to make a measurable impact on the company’s growth trajectory.
- Handle customer's outbound Sales calls.
- Solving queries, telling them about products/offers/services
- Follow communication “scripts” when handling different topics
- Identify customers’ needs, clarify information, research every issue and provide solutions and/or alternatives.
- Build sustainable relationships and engage customers by taking the extra mile
- Keep records of all conversations in our database in a comprehensible way
