Job Description
The job as an Inside sales manager is an exciting career as the candidates will get a lot
of exposure of managing & scaling up regional sales activities of the company
(remotely) by working in sync with the field sales team.
Candidates will get an opportunity of exploring, interacting & servicing the B2B
customers & prospects in the Adventure & Outdoor industry and fulfilling their
requirements. At the same time the candidate will get to learn and grow sales skills
related to managing & handling digital queries generated from website & other B2B
portals.
The candidate will also get opportunity to travel and experience various outdoor
facilities and activities created by the organization.
Key responsibilities & result areas
1. Lead the customer relationship by building PR on regional level.
2. Connect with all existing customers on regional level.
3. Follow up & service existing customers for orders, quotes etc.
4. Provide technical sales support to customers related to products, invoicing, delivery
etc.
5. Coordinate with field sales team for product demos, order fulfilment, payment follow
ups of customers.
6. Handle digital queries from website & various B2B portals like IndiaMart etc. of their
respective region.
Skills, Qualifications & Experience
1. Graduate or Post graduate
2. Good at Internet surfing
3. Ability to use Word, Excel, Power Point & Outlook
4. Good communication & presentation skills
5. At least 3 years of experience in Sales & related tasks incl. PR building, handling
sales queries, objection handling, after sales servicing etc.
6. Preferable female candidate.
7. Preferred additional language - Kannada / Tamil / Malayalam / Telugu
Growth & Compensation:
1. As per Industry Standard (plus sales target incentives)
