  • Sales Coordinator (female only with good communication)
  • Generating leads and maintaining the database of the Leads generated and coordinate with the Sales team
  • To make regular sales calls and maintain a systematic record of sales calls made and fixing the appointments
  • A Sales Coordinator primarily assists the sales team, focusing mostly on cold calling, e-mail campaign, follow up’s and managing the pipe line.
  • A sales coordinator need to do a lot of brand building and build interest on weekly basis and converting those interest to meetings and so on with constant follow up’s until the closure
  • You must be able to efficiently respond to any online or telephone queries in a calm and friendly manner and then pass it on to the sales manager.
  • The Sales Coordinator must liaise between other departments and the client to provide the service most suitable to the client’s needs.
  • You must have to work closely with the Sales team to assess the progress of the sales and develop Sales strategy accordingly.
  • The Sales Coordinator should produce reports on a daily basis on a day to day activity to set strategies to improve the sales.

Key skills and qualifications of a Sales Coordinator:
  • A graduate/under graduate in sales and marketing / HR with good communication will be rightly suitable.
  • You must be fluent in English to a very high standard and possess strong communication skills, as liaison with clients.
  • Knowledge on Industry Vertical and mainly on Human Resource function is must.
  • You must be proficient in Microsoft Office mainly on Excel, Word, Power Point and on HRMS software related to the Sales.
Required Experience:
  • Fresher/ experience with minimum of 1 year in sales & marketing
