Job Description

Inside Sales Representative

As an Inside Sales Representative, you will prospect into accounts to increase productivity, work with the sales team, identifying and qualifying prospects. You will interact with clients of all levels in the industry and across a broad geographical area. You are responsible for managing your own pipeline of opportunities and driving them to close.  In addition to the leads you will receive from the Sales force, you will be responsible for prospecting for new opportunities to keep your funnel full. 

 

You will lead the customers through their buying process and drive them to close. You will leverage technical sales reps and regularly schedule webinars to demonstrate how we can address the issues you have discovered in the customers’ workflows. Alekas Solutions Pvt Ltd. is a fast-growing company and you will be on the tip of the spear as we become the #1 solution provider in this industry.

 

Responsibilities

·       Responsible for prospecting and hunting to find new business, driving existing leads through cold-calling. Daily contact with potential clients through cold calls and emails and other marketing methods.

·       Maintain daily call activity of 40 to 50 calls per day to reach buyers, influencers, or decision makers to consider Alekas Solutions Pvt Ltd. solutions or products.

·       Set up meetings or calls between prospects and Sales Executives.

·       Create a minimum of 3 qualified opportunities per business day.

·       Utilize selling skills and tactics, ask strong discovery questions, highlight pains for prospects that they were not aware even existed.

·       Effectively manage a 180-day pipeline to ensure consistent performance, maintain a quarterly forecast.

·       Create a great first impression to our prospects and customers by listening to their business needs.

·       Maintain active engagement with new and existing leads through creative follow-up communications designed to increase customer interest in the bouquet of products we deal with.

·       Collaborate with Marketing team to provide feedback and improve future outbound campaigns.

·       Achieve quarterly goals and yearly quotas to drive aggressive sales growth.

·       Assist with renewal clients.

·       Use all the technologies available and make use of all media options to create awareness among customers, document opportunities and activities.

·       Generate reports as required regarding lead qualifying activity.

·       Meet your monthly quota and activity metrics.

·       Attend team meeting and all trainings, perform other duties as requested by management.

Minimum Qualifications

·       Bachelor's degree or equivalent required.

·       Self-starter, high energy, aggressive and results oriented.

·       1-3 Years of software sales experience.

·       Strong desire to be in technology sales.

·       Track record of successful prospecting.

·       Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

·       Ability to take initiative, prioritize, and manage time effectively.

·       Drive to continually improve your sales skills through on the job coaching, self-learning and as defined by Alekas Solutions career progression framework.

·       Knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint & Outlook) should be mandatory.
