Job Description
Position : Inside Sales Representative
Location : Bangalore – Rajajinagar
Work Mode : Work from Office
Qualification : BE / Diploma / Graduate’s / Fresher’s
Min Requirement : 0 – 2 Years Experience with Good communication skills
Languages : English , Hindi & Kannada
Salary : Rs. 20 – 25K pm, depending on the experience & skill set
Knowledge : IT product or services / Telecommunication / Electronics Product knowledge would be most preferred.
Job Description :
· Initiate and manage sales conversations with potential and existing customers via phone, email, and other communication channels.
· Enable the Sales Team with accurate information on the customer organization structure & decision makers.
· Develop and maintain strong customer relationships by providing personalized assistance and product recommendations.
· Product Knowledge: Understand the range of Product & Services offered, Stay up-to-date with industry trends and product developments.
· Order Processing: Accurately process sales orders and assist with logistics and delivery coordination. Ensure orders are fulfilled promptly and correctly.
