Role Description:
We are looking for a dynamic and motivated Inside Sales Representative to join our team. As part of the inside sales team, you will be the first point of contact for prospective clients. Your primary responsibility will be to convert inquiries into walk-ins.
Key Responsibilities:
Handle incoming leads via phone calls, emails, and online inquiries.
Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable workspace solutions.
Schedule and coordinate site visits for potential clients.
Follow up with leads and maintain a pipeline using CRM tools.
Support the sales team in achieving monthly targets.
Provide accurate information about pricing, availability, and features of co-working spaces.
Technical Skills:

Proficient with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot, Zoho CRM).

Strong knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), Google Workspace, and communication platforms (Zoom, Teams).

Comfortable using email marketing tools, calling software, and lead tracking dashboards.
Soft Skills:
