Job Description
Role Overview
We are seeking a passionate and results-driven Inside Sales Representative to join our Education team. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for students aspiring to study abroad. You’ll play a key role in converting inquiries into enrolled students by providing information, building relationships, and supporting the end-to-end admissions journey. This position requires that the candidate work on-site.
Key Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls and respond to inbound inquiries to generate qualified leads.
- Excellent communication skills in English and Tamil
- Experience with MS Office and cloud-based CRM tools
- Experience in education sales is a plus
- Follow up on leads generated through marketing campaigns.
- Understand customer needs and suggest appropriate products/services.
- Maintain CRM records with accurate and up-to-date information.
What We’re Looking For
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (preferred).
- 0-2 years of experience in inside sales, tele-sales, or customer-facing roles.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and persuasion skills.
- Self-motivated with a results-driven attitude.
- Familiarity with CRM tools
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle objections positively.
