We are hiring Inside Sales Representatives to handle inbound leads, understand customer requirements, and convert them into successful enrollments. The role involves consultative selling, relationship building, and ensuring a smooth onboarding experience for customers.
Key Responsibilities:

Engage warm leads via calls, WhatsApp, and CRM

Understand customer needs and provide suitable recommendations

Convert consultations into enrollments through trust-based selling

Manage follow-ups and maintain an organized sales pipeline

Coordinate with internal teams for smooth onboarding

Achieve monthly conversion targets
Requirements:

0–4 years of experience in inside sales / telesales / customer engagement

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Ability to handle objections and build trust

Target-oriented and self-motivated

Experience in skincare, beauty, wellness, or healthcare is an added advantage (not mandatory)
