About The Role: We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Inside Sales Representative to join our team. As an Inside Sales Representative, you will be responsible for generating new business leads and closing sales opportunities over the phone and email.
Responsibilities:
Identify and actively connect with new opportunities and leads via cold calling, social media, webinars, college collaborations
Evaluate and show potential clients the advantages and unique qualities of our products offerings to demonstrate how they fulfill their needs
Convert prospects into paying customers by delivering exceptional customer service, addressing inquiries from both current and potential clients
Regularly update customer information and sales interactions in our CRM system
Eligibility Criteria:
Any graduate with atleast 55% throughout academics
Good spoken and written English and communication skills
Prior experience in sales and marketing will be an advantage
