Key Responsibilities & Accountabilities
B2B Lead Generation & Sales is the prime responsibility in the given geography with focus on sales performance. Understands and positions Applications products and service offerings to B2B customers. You are a true relationship builder, able to discuss IT business solutions with senior management in your region. Owning the overall Territory coverage Plan and the roll in order to make sure that the territory is being approach efficiently to reach revenue and profitability goals. Understands target markets (industry, geography and LOBs), solution offering strengths, references, partners and competitive landscape.
Your strength lies in consultative conversations and information gathering to the point of passing a fully qualified lead to a BDM
Manage customer relationships & cult customer management skills. You thrive in developing ongoing authentic relationships with senior decision makers in your markets. Re-qualifying leads from events, email blast, other Sales networking activities Proactively keep apprised of marketing activities for lead generation campaign opportunities Exploring their explicit and implied needs as they relate to Digiscape Solution offerings. Once explicit and implied needs have been identified, to create a lead for Digiscape's Sales Manager. Your strength lies in consultative conversations and information gathering to the point of passing a fully qualified lead to a BDM. You thrive in developing ongoing authentic relationships with senior decision makers in your markets. Ability to qualify sales leads - advanced questioning techniques required
Skills/ Experience:-
Graduate/ MBA with minimum of 3 years of B2B Sales experience with good Understanding of IT Services & Sales on Phone. Strong Selling skills is mandatory requirement & selection will be done on the basis of it. Sales CRM, Strong networking & partnering skills Exceptional English speaking & writing skills. Calling Experience which requires gathering intelligence and handling objections. Information about US/ Europe/ India/ Middle East Sales environment/ Time Zones & Geography. Is willing to work in the shifts as per target geography. He/She Should be local to Delhi/Noida or is willing to relocate
