Job Description
Parentof is looking to hire a go-getter with a proven track record of Inside Slaes mandate at their previous organization. Candidates with Prior Experience in Direct-to-Consumer Products from E-Learning, Publishing, Community Forums, or K12 Sectors would be preferred.
• Owner of the sales goals and revenue metrics.
• Expertise in leading Marketing and Inside Sales functions is a Must.
Responsibilities:
• Develop and implement sales and Lead Gen strategies.
• Develop sales channels selling into the parenting demographic.
• Manage Inside Sales Process.
• Develop and maintain an external network of peers and customers which may be used as a testing ground for new marketing campaigns.
• Conceive and develop efficient and intuitive Lead Nurturing strategies
• Oversee advertising/communication campaigns (social media, print, etc.), exhibitions and promotional events
• Conduct market research and analysis to evaluate trends, brand awareness and competition ventures
• Monitor progress of campaigns using various metrics and submit reports of performance
Skills and Qualifications:
• Proven experience in B2C sales, in an organization targeting parents/parenting, is preferred.
• Track record of successful offline and online marketing activities to acquire B2C customers.
• Hands-on experience with sales & marketing tools, such as CRM software, digital marketing tools, etc. will be an added advantage.
